A hand-operated rope machine is used to make this cord. Due to the use of natural fibers and possible variations in processing, occasional inconsistencies may be unavoidable. The process we employ seems to render a rather consistent diameter and balanced twist for the most refined look and feel many have yet seen on this scale.

Potential uses:

A limited number of solid colors have been listed. However you are welcome to select "other" and write-in an alternative color* in the first box. Design your own custom candy stripe for the associated upgrade fees. In the "Candy Stripe" box, please list two or three colors. If you identify only two colors, we will use the first color as the single stripe and second color will be 2 strands.

Continuous length limit currently of approximately 40 feet during rainy and cold weather, approximately 150 feet long when we can set-up outdoors.

Volume orders may require 7 to 10 weeks lead-time, which is a fraction of the industry standard 6 to 10 month turn-around for yarn production, as quoted by the majority of mills we have contacted.
