This listing is for the webbing we have been using to secure D-rings to cinches.
Select from the drop-down to purchase either by the inch or by the foot.
Now available in Black and Sand.
Because webbing has become increasingly flexible, we advise pre-sewing the web and using either the Vaquero 'braid' of mohair or "wrapped" method {both demonstrated on our Cinch Making 101 DVD for tied 17 strand cinch}to secure it on the cinch (we feel it is important to sew all ropers after the mohair has been applied by either method... straight cinches with diamonds tight up against the finished [braided mohair over pre-sewn web] center have worked fine without post-sewing).
Also NOTE: If you use a sewing machine, be sure that the needle, if tapered and sharp such as for sewing leather, has the 'blade' portion dulled so you do not cut the cinch cord fibers while sewing. Additionally, it is advisable to have a stitch length of 3/16 to 1/4 inch and use heavy nylon thread.
